HIGH-THROUGHPUT qPCR

Fluidigm’s revolutionary integrated fluidic circuits (IFCs), along with their Biomark HD system, enables automated high throughput qPCR of up to 9,216 simultaneous nanoliter reactions in one chip.  Decrease the number of pipetting steps and pipetting error; automate reaction setup and mixing; save time and money.

 

Samples can be pre-amplified via specific target amplification using a multiplexed pool of the primers to be used in the qPCR reaction.
